GOOD NEWS!!

Well, prayers are answered. My dad had been having "issues" with his heart, he is also in a great deal of shoulder and hip pain. The Dr. has sceduled him to have surgery on Monday for his shoulder so my mom got him into the cardiologist for a complete workup. The Dr's. rushed things for us because of the upcoming surgery and news came back today that his heart is in tiptop shape. That is such a relief. I know a lot of my close friends who have lost one of their parents and I can't imagine the pain. My dad is my superman. I have gotten really close to my mom since quitting my job too. We are a close family anyway, both of my sisters live within 30 minutes of me. But it has been fun to be able to be there for my parents whenever they need me and believe me they return the favor over and over. So God answered my prayers for my Daddy. I am so sad to see his body aging like it has, he has worked so hard for his whole life and it is slowing wearing down now, but he will not admit it. Now we just pray for a safe day of surgery on Monday.
